Refund policy

At Persistent Faith Apparel, every item is made on demand just for you. Because each piece is printed specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or a change of mind.

We will replace or refund items if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • There is a printing error or manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong item

To request a replacement or refund: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@persistentfaithapparel.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • The item must be unworn and unwashed
  • Tags must be intact and in original packaging
  • You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase
  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences
  • Sale items or gift cards

Refunds Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@persistentfaithapparel.com.
